At Renewal by Andersen®, we are known for our high standards. We strive to provide not just the most beautiful, durable and energy-efficient replacement windows and patio doors, but also the most customizable ones. So when we started offering entry doors, we wanted to provide the same level of quality and customization our clients expect from our replacement windows and patio doors. This is why we chose to offer ProVia® entry doors.
Let Renewal by Andersen of Central Illinois share the ways ProVia entry doors can be customized.
ProVia has several frame options that will suit whatever entry door design you have in mind. Their Signet® fiberglass line is their most popular entry door selection. Their cherry, mahogany, oak and fir finishes are especially attractive, especially when combined with the glass and hardware components. Similar to our own Fibrex® material window frames, ProVia wood-finish frames can be stained to match your existing wood trim and furniture. Wood stain finishes are hand-applied then oven-cured, while paint finishes are applied using state-of-the-art electrostatic applicators to ensure durable and lasting finishes.
ProVia entry doors meet or exceed wind load testing standards, including the Florida Building Code, the country’s strictest building standard designed to safeguard against hurricane-level winds. To counter the effects of moisture and temperature changes, the wood frames and brickmold are treated with PineGuard™. Lastly, a polyurethane core provides efficient insulation that improves the door’s energy efficiency. You can also opt for a ProVia storm door to bolster the entry door itself.
ProVia’s ComforTech™ Warm Edge Glazing systems are designed to let natural light in without sacrificing energy efficiency, much like our own High-Performance™ Low-E4® glass. The art glass panels are precisely cut, mitered, and soldered not by machines, but by highly-skilled craftsmen. Consequently, each door is a unique work of art.
The right door hardware makes a lot of difference in how comfortable and safe your entry doors can be. This is why all ProVia entry doors are available with stylish and durable Emtek® and Schlage® hardware. Every ProVia entry system comes with three heavy-duty ball-bearing hinges, with an optional fourth hinge. Security is also improved, thanks to a 20-gauge security plate that helps prevent kick-ins.
